Under Armour Return 3rd Oct 17 at 5:08 PM
    Heads up

I have previously purchased great merchandise from Under Armour. Unfortunately my recent order was not what I expected and I am trying to return it.

There is no returns address, website states I must first obtain a returns authorisation and label.

Their website does not recognise my order number
Sorry, the order you're trying to track wasn't found. Please check your records and try again. If there is an issue, please contact customer service.
    Their web address customerservice.uk@underarmour.com
Right now, we’re unable to reply to any emails sent to this address, so we’re offering the following options for getting in touch: · Live Chat via http://underarmour.custhelp.com/
    · Twitter at https://twitter.com/AskTeamUA
    · By phone at 1-888-727-6687
    Live Chat via http://underarmour.custhelp.com/
We cannot help "international returns" phone 00-888-727-6687
00-888-727-6687 Number is not recognised, please check and try again

1-888-727-6687 Number is not recognised, please check and try again

They offer "help" on their facebook page. I posted a message and received this response
Under Armour typically takes a week or longer to reply.
Seems I have no other options(?) and I cannot return the item.

I shall not be buying online from them again.

When you say "it is not what I expected", was it incorrect or just a change of mind? Are you trying to return within their generous 30 day returns period?

You say you can't get the system to recognise your order, have you tried to login or use the guest login order details?

Their Twitter response is usually within a few hours, perhaps try there.

not what I expected from the description and photo.
    I took delivery today
The order does not show on my account. I have tried login as guest with the order details as printed on the advice note
I have sent a message to their twitter account.

Although it doesn't say so I think the number may be in the Netherlands, it's pretty clearly not a valid UK number.

    http://www.underarmour.co.uk/en-gb/contact-us.html

There's a fax number on that page that definitely has a Dutch dialling code, but finding a fax machine may be easier said than done.

Their head office customer service number in the USA is on this page.

    http://www.uabiz.com/company/contacts.cfm

Or you can contact the board here.

    http://investor.underarmour.com/contactBoard.cfm

Or you could Tweet Andy Murray, who may be their highest profile sponsered UK sportsman.

Well you have a generous 30 day returns under their policy.

Their return form is here https://www.underarmour.de/on/demandware.static/-/Sites-EU-Library/default/dw4623d805/pdf/UK-Returns-Form.pdf

If you paid by Paypal, you may be eligible for a free return, how did you pay? Although UA do offer free returns if you can get your order number to work on their site.

*note on the returns form they drop the 0 - have you tried the telephone number using the UK format 0800 (rather than 00800)? Just a thought....

I have read their returns policy. The issue is getting UA to honour that policy. You call it generous. I call it very poor after sales service. I also know that I am entitled to return any item within 14 days per EU Law, but it is proving very difficult to exercise my right to a refund.

Under distance selling regulation it does not matter what method of payment was used.

    0800-... does not work either.

I'll leave you to it, you seem to know all you need to know.

BTW, this board isn't for help.

I feel sure if and when I am able to get a response from UA they will meet their obligations to accept a return.

This number works fine for me on both my mobile and landline:

00800-82766871 ( I did put 141 ahead before dialling on my landline)

    Good news.

I eventually got in touch with UA using my office landline. My call was answered by a very pleasant lady in the Netherlands.

It appears 00800 numbers are blocked by my mobile provider and there was a typo with the e mail address which was assigned to this order.

    Anyway all is well now
