Anyone else missing their monthly interest from a five year fixed rate deposit account or is it just me that has this 'IT problem'?

    Cheers in advance

I had 5 of the 5 year stepped fixed 'Premium Deposit' accounts.
They were late crediting them... every one... every time. And failed to transfer the maturing sums at maturity without being expedited.
Unbelievably unprofessional... but worth the hassle for the 5.8% interest this year!

There are 24 bottles of beer in a crate. There are 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? I think not....

Perhaps you should Sikh independent financial advice?
