    seller not accepting payment 3rd Oct 17 at 1:39 PM
    I bought something from a 0 feedback seller and the payment hasn't gone through as they haven't accepted it

    I suppose this means they typed their paypal address wrong.

    I messaged them with no response.

    The problem is I stupidly used some nectar points for this purchase. If I cancel the payment from my end, will the nectar voucher be sent back to me properly so I can use it again?

    Story time: 6 months ago the same thing happened with another new seller, but he sent the item, I left his first positive feedback, and a month later the payment was automatically refunded

    Is it saying "not accepted" or "not claimed". Do you have the option to cancel the payment? If not, you will have to claim INR.

    2.2 Refunds:
    If you return a purchase for a full refund, we will re-issue the voucher(s) which has been used for this purchase;
    The voucher expiry date will be extended by 30 days if the original voucher expiration date is less than 30 days from the date the return is processed. Otherwise, the expiry date will be the same date that was displayed on the original voucher(s);
    In the case of a partial refund, voucher(s) cannot be re-issued and points will not be returned.
