Post Office HELP please!! 2nd Oct 17 at 7:16 PM
    Hello
Has anyone tried to do a balance transfer from another credit card to a Post Office credit card & not had the money clear on the original credit card, but still be charged by the Post Office?

    TIA

    Am I understanding this correctly?

You made a balance transfer, from a Post Office CC to A.N.Other card. The money has been paid from the Post Office card, but has not arrived at the other CC company?

Check that you provided the correct details of the other card to the PO.

No, the OP seems to be suggesting that they were transferring a balance FROM a.n.other TO the Post Office and that the value is now showing as outstanding on their Post Office credit card, yet has not reduced the balance on the original a.n.other card.

As zx81 suggested, has the correct credit card number been provided to the Post Office as clearly the funds have gone somewhere.

Sorry, I meant the same thing, but phrased it badly.

I should've said "you were paying off a balance on A.N.Other card, using a Post Office CC."

Either way, I agree with zx81, check the account details were correct.

I suspect the money has gone to the wrong CC account.
