    This prize draw is open to residents of the UK,
    Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland
    aged 18 years or over,
    except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited
    and its group companies (“Promoter”),
    Visit Wales and Nick Deyong Limited,
    trading as NDL Group (“NDL”) their families,
    agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
    2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
    It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted
    as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
    The decision of the judges is final and no
    correspondence will be entered into.
    3. Entries must be submitted via the web
    address tgr.ph/visitwales
    and entry is restricted to one per person.
    Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
    4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries
    or entries sent through agencies and third parties
    will not be accepted.
    No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries
    and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
    One winner will be drawn at random from all
    entries received by the closing date.
    5. All entries must be received by
    midnight on Sunday 29 October 2017.
    6. The winner will be contacted by
    5pm on Wednesday 1 November 2017
    and must confirm acceptance of the prize
    by 5pm on Thursday 2 November 2017.
    Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner
    or should the winner be unable to accept the prize
    within these deadlines,
    the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize
    to an alternative winner,
    drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    7. The prize as described is available on
    the date of publication.
    Should the prize become unavailable,
    a substitute of equal value shall be provided.

    8. The winning entrant will win
    a seven-night break at Snowdonia Cottage,
    Hen Stabl Llanrug, Wales for four people.

    The prize package comprises:
    Seven nights’ self-catered accommodation in Snowdonia Cottage, Hen Stabl, Llanrug, Wales,
    for four people (1 x double bedroom and 1 x twin bedroom).
    Return travel for four people to
    Snowdonia National Park, Wales.
    Bike hire for three days for four people.
    Bardesy boat trip for four people.
    One binocular stargazing set, which includes:
    10x50 binoculars, Starry Night special edition software, and Star Target planishphere.

    9. The prize must be taken as one
    package and the accommodation must be booked
    before 1 November 2018.
    The seven nights stay must start on a Friday,
    subject to availability throughout the year, and excludes
    peak times including Christmas, New Year,
    Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.

    10. Due to the nature of the location,
    travel will be in the form of petrol allowance
    covering a maximum total of 330 miles for
    one car (round trip).
    Should the winner live further than 165 miles
    from the location,
    a contribution towards travel expenses will be provided.
    11. The boat trip must be booked in advance and is
    dependent on good weather and may be subject to
    cancellation in adverse weather conditions.
    The winner must advise NDL of any restricted mobility
    at the time of booking.
    12. The prize does not include travel, travel insurance,
    food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs,
    other than where mentioned.
    13. All elements of the prize are subject to availability,
    non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
    14. The winner may be required to participate in
    reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter,
    Visit Wales or NDL.
    15. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of
    administration of this prize draw and in accordance
    with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
    16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself
    or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons
    beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the
    Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or
    amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no
    liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
    17. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion,
    which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw.
    Provision of the prize is the responsibility of NDL on behalf of Visit Wales.
