    I have been trying to log into my Ebico account and I keep getting an error message. Is anyone else having trouble?

    Its not just me then! Thanks, that was the message I got, its obviously something at their end. I'll just have to wait for them to sort it out.

    Have just tried again, 6.25pm, and it works. It accepted my readings.

    I am, I ve given up and will phone them. I m supposed to be with them since 3 rd June..Could have fooled me, no communication at all, websites not working..useless. And Robin Hood Energy are not far behind them.
    Their website worked fine for 6 months for submitting reads then it stopped working .I blame this on OFGEM for stopping BG offering lower priced deals with Sainsburys Energy forcing me to move to useless two- bit suppliers operating out of a council house
