Just received a PCN from DRP in the post: £160

'vehicle was parked in a manner where the driver attracted a parking charge as brought to the drivers attention via signage and agreed to by the driver when the vehicle was parked on private land managed by the creditor'

Do not recall ever parking and not paying for a ticket or being over my paid for time.
Any advice on what I should do next please?
(I have read through previous threads)

So I tried to put in the Charge Notice No etc on the Brittania Appeals page but it didn't recognise the details so I've just emailed to "parkingcharges@britpark.com" the blue template which begins.....

I challenge this 'PCN' as keeper of the car.
I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence
    ,etc etc.....

Can anyone please advise what is likely to happen next?

(BTW, The Parking charge date and the date of the Notice are 7 weeks apart will this help my case?)

Makes no odds because Britannia don't use POFA wording anyway. A non-POFA NTK is a non-POFA NTK regardless of when it was posted, no-one needs to obsess on dates.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

You should get a rejection letter or email, and POPLA code, as per the NEWBIES thread post #3 about POPLA.
