Alternatives to Ziffit? 25th Sep 17 at 8:52 AM
Good Morning, I hope this is the correct forum for this subject, seemed the most likely.
Having moved house five years ago, last year I realised we still had boxes of books still in the Garage and unlikely to ever see the light again.
I was recommended ziffit and have been thinning out and getting a little back in return. Generally they've been good, but the last couple of trades have seen the book offers be fairly low and more stuff being rejected. this could be a reflection of the market or I wonder if the more you use them the less they offer?

Anyway, can anyone recommend an alternative trading site for books?

Depends on the books, but values are dropping.
Punctuation, Spelling and Grammar will be used sparingly. Due to rising costs of inflation.

My contribution to MSE. Other contributions will only be used if they cost me nothing.

Due to me being a tight git.

Good Luck with Ziffit. If they reject your book its on their say so. No proof not even a simple photograph or even the reason given when first rejected. Had a book rejected because of no ISBN and yet I input the ISBN to get the quote from them. You can scan in your books via a mobile to do a trade and yet they cannot scan the book to prove there is no ISBN. Spoils the experience. This is a book readily available on the internet being sold with a ISBN

Quick update, Momox were fine although they use Myhermes as a parcel partner and the process seemed to take a little longer.
pretty much the same pricing as Ziffit.
    thanks again
