ParkingEye ticket for Overstay 1hr 12 Min 16th Sep 17 at 9:11 PM
    Hi
Im a new driver passed my test in march 2017.
Today I received a letter from ParkingEye to pay fine of £60 if I pay within 14 days of the letter issue date of Overstaying 1hr n 12 min in Cockhedge shopping center Warrington.
Do i must need to pay or is there any loophole i can avoid it.
First time im in this kind of situation so dont know anything about this kind of fine.
    Thanks

As you make the fundamental mistake of calling this a "fine", you need to start with the Newbies Sticky at the top of this forum. It inform you fully and lay-out the various options for getting shot of it. Parking Eye are fully beatable at POPLA, so start reading carefully and just follow the procedure.

You may also find a look at the recent Cockhedge threads useful - they will give you a good idea of the appeals that work but get yourself informed properly about PE first.

When you passed means nothing at all here!
