Smart Part - Quick Query 16th Sep 17 at 1:55 PM
    Hi Everyone,

I have had a read of the newbies post and several other posts mentioning smart parking and debt recovery plus.

After reading these posts, I realise I am a fool.
I ignored the first letter from smart parking, which I now realise is the wrong thing to do.

I've received a letter from today debt recovery plus, and I know the forum suggests these letters are to be ignored - which I plan to do.

However, I wanted to check with someone if I should go back to smart parking and appeal? (whilst continuing to ignore debt recovery).

Yes, give it a go using the BPA template on the Smart appeals page, no reason why not.

And always complain to the retailer Head Office, if it was a retail park/store. Or Store Manager.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

    Hi Coupon-mad,

Thank you for your quick response.

I will use the keeper of the car BPA template to appeal via smart parking and complain to the store manager.

    Thanks again

If the store manager does not come up with the goods, write some bad stuff on their website/Facebook page.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
