Court for unpaid parking ticket! 14th Sep 17 at 10:04 PM
    I'd really appreciate some advice!!

I am in court on Wednesday for an unpaid parking ticket that I got last year for over staying in a hospital carpark, I have just come across all this information and now I'm completely overwhelmed! I've already filled in the court papers and now I feel completely unprepared. Also, the parking company has already put something on my credit file, can they do this?

    TIA

It will only happen if you lost in court, did not pay and then
the court attaches your credit file
