Precise valuation 14th Sep 17 at 5:07 PM
Do precise underwrite before or after valuation?

Just received notification they have instructed valuation and after two years of planning this still quite can't believe someone may lend to us

    Depends.

Newbuild sees valuer instructed immediately. I'm working on such a case as we speak.

    initial docs upload 8 Sep

    valuer instructed 12 Sep

'shopping list' emailed to us 12 Sep

    further docs upload 14 Sep.

Thank you for responding appplication went in 11th and valuation fee taken straight away and credit check done immediately. And valuation was authorised yesterday.

They asked for p60, bank statement and payslips.

Does the tier effect how much extra info they request
