CapQuest - Chasing Statute Barred Debt 14th Sep 17 at 3:01 PM
    Hi All,

I wondered if someone would be kind enough to give me some advice.

CapQuest have recently raised their ugly heads to begin rechasing a statute barred debt. I have never entered into any communication with them and the default is from 2009. Since that point, I have never acknoledged the debt or made any payment towards it.

They are repeatedly calling at different times during the day. How am I best to answer the call? Should I simply request that any communication from them should be in writing and take it from there?
