    PPI GE Money - £10 charge? 12th Sep 17 at 9:41 PM
    Hi

I used Resolver to put in a request to see if the loan I have with them included PPI (I am sure it does, just don't have the paper work anymore).

I got a letter today titled SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST that is asking me to pay them £10 for this.

Isn't it my account and shouldn't they willingly give me information about what I am paying them?

    Thanks for any advice

No. If you need to do a SAR, it costs £10.

It's up to you if you think it's worth the gamble.

I've heard that GE Money are notoriously tight fisted and will find any which way to not pay out.

    Is that true?
