Some help please. 12th Sep 17 at 6:35 PM
    Hello.

    I need some advice.

Me and my partner took a loan out 2 years ago and his father acted as guarantor. We split up last year and my ex has been paying the monthly payments. We're going through a few problems at the moment. We have a child and i was struggling with the costs. I've asked him many times for more money to help with our child. He only pays £40 a month. I had no other option but to go to CSA for help and now they are making him pay a fair bit more.

This ofcourse has annoyed him and now he said his refusing to pay the last 2 payments on the loan. As his father is guarantor, i guess they will go after him?

I'm just looking at what options i have or what i can do. Do i need to worry as much as i am?

They will go after you, him and/or his father. Whichever is the easiest route.

If nobody pays, then everyone loses.
