How hard is it likely to be to get a mortgage with no credit history?

With no other information to work from, this assumes a high loan to value and short/address and employment history

With some lenders you will not be accepted. With others you will be fine.

Non-scoring lenders would be a sensible option. More sensible would be putting all three versions of your credit file in front of a decent independent broker.

Are you on the electoral roll for 3 years minimum continuously?

Have you had any credit? A mobile phone, buy now may later.

Get yourself a credit builder card. Use it every month and pay off in full.
