I have just logged on to Halifax website.
I get paper statements on Clarity card - it would not let me print PDF statement unless I switched paper off.
What goes around - comes around

TSB is the same: no PDF unless paper statements cancelled.
There may be more than one way to skin a cat.
But the result is always inedible.

And the Halifax website will nag you / try to trick you into going paperless only at every opportunity.

And one other thing about online statements with Halifax. Quite often when you receive the email and/or text message to tell you your statement is available, it isn't usually ready for download.

You can see the transactions and balance/due date online but the actual PDF download in statement format usually takes another day to be available online.

Just something to bear in mind before thinking that things are not working correctly.

I have found out that if you get paper statement, which I do, you can't access online PDF statements. The only way is to cancel the paper statements
