Tune into @talkSPORT from 6pm today, to find out how to enter our Match Stats competition. T&Cs:

    Barclays on talkSPORT
These terms and conditions are the competition rules ("Rules") that apply to all competitions ("Competitions") organised by or on behalf of Wireless Group plc and all of its group companies (including, but not limited to, Wireless Group plc and TalkSPORT Limited) ("Wireless Group plc") (in each case, the "Promoter"). For the purposes of these Rules, the term "Promoter" shall also include (a) all radio stations operated by any member of the Wireless Group plc, and (b) all agents, sponsors and event promoters involved in organising Competitions through or on behalf of any member of the Wireless Group plc.
In addition to the Rules, other specific terms and conditions may apply to a particular Competition ("Specific Rules"). Such Specific Rules will be posted on the relevant Promoter's website and will be deemed incorporated into these Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and the Specific Rules, the Specific Rules shall prevail.
By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and any Specific Rules that may apply.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any Competition, these Rules or any Specific Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these Rules or the Specific Rules or on the relevant Promoter's website. The Promoter may at any time, without notice, issue further terms and conditions to be read in conjunction with these Rules and any Specific Rules that may apply.
Each entrant must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK to enter Competitions.
Officers, employees and agents of the Promoter and any party associated or directly connected to or with the specific Competition (including sponsors) and their families, officers, employees and agents (as applicable) and anyone who has won a prize on any radio station or website operated by the Promoter within the last 12 months are not eligible to enter any Competition.
Only one entry per person per Competition is permitted, unless otherwise stated.
Proof of making a phone call, sending post or email is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged or otherwise affected by matters outside our control.
Where a Competition has a closing date and/or time, all entries must be received before such date and/or time. Late entries will not be taken into consideration in the selection of a winner.
By entering a Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules or any Specific Rules or any other terms and conditions that apply to any Competition. Furthermore, entrants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by the Promoter will be excluded from the relevant Competition.
The Promoter also reserves the right to reject entries, votes, applications or claims and to alter, amend or foreclose a Competition without prior notice in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules or any Specific Rules.
For competitions which involve a winner being selected via a public vote, only one vote per person is permitted, unless otherwise stated. Entrants must use their legal name and must register a valid email address to be entitled to vote. Entrant IP addresses may be logged for monitoring purposes. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any vote if it has reasonable grounds to believe that it has not been cast in accordance with these Rules or any Specific Rules.
Collusion with other Competition entrants is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.
Callers are not necessarily entitled to participate in on-air Competitions and will not necessarily appear on-air in the order in which they are called. The Promoter shall not be liable to reimburse callers for telephone charges when either on hold or on-air. Where the situation arises, only the person who is selected to come to air (if applicable) is eligible to win if they give the correct answer.
Competition winners will be chosen at random unless otherwise specified.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter will endeavour to notify and deliver prizes to winners of each Competition within 30 days of the closing date set for such Competition. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply within 30 days or as specified in the notification may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
In the case of Competition prizes in the form of free tickets for a particular event, the Promoter will contact the prize winner by phone and prize details shall be as printed on the event tickets. Ticket holders shall be bound by (a) these Rules, (b) any Specific Rules that apply, (c) any terms and conditions set out on the event tickets and (d) the rules and regulations of the particular venue (as applicable).
All Competition prizes are subject to availability.
All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize-winner.
No Competition prize may be transferred or assigned to any other person and no cash alternative or alternative prize is available. In the event of the advertised Competition prize being unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.
Competition prizes are awarded at the Promoter's sole discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
No responsibility will be accepted for inaccurate Competition prize details supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering, or being unable to enter, any Competition or as a result of accepting any Competition prize. Neither shall it be held responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in a Competition. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity or any other form of promotional activity. The Promoter reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photograph and any recordings of them (be it audio or visual) in any publicity or promotion. All Competition entrants agree to their name and home town being published on-air and elsewhere. Entrants agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded, repeated and otherwise used for any reason by the Promoter without being entitled to any payment for such use. The Competition winner may be required by the Promoter to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and the winner hereby acknowledges that the Promoter has the right to use such photos, videos or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner for any purpose as it may see fit.
Any personal data relating to Competition entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's consent.
The Promoter will keep a winning entrant's personal details for a reasonable time so that it can send the entrant the winning prize, to verify that these Rules (and any Specific Rules, if applicable) have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. The Promoter may pass a winning entrant's details on to its sponsors, service providers or agents for the purposes of sending out winning prizes on its behalf.
Entrants agree to keep confidential any information of whatsoever nature regarding Wireless Group plc and their respective businesses, personnel, agents, sponsors and event promoters received by entrants as a result of winning or participating in any Competition.
Each Competition (including these Rules, any Specific Rules and all matters incidental thereto) shall be governed by English law and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Any enquires regarding these Rules and any Specific Rules should be directed to: TalkSPORT Sponsorship & Promotions On-Air Department, TalkSPORT, 18 Hatfields, London SE1 8DJ.

    Who may enter?

    How to enter
    2. You can enter the Prize Draw every week from Monday at 6am until Wednesday at 4pm between Monday 14th August 2017 and Wednesday 9th May 2017. Entries made after this time will not be valid, even if they appear to be registered.
    3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must answer a question determined by talkSPORT each week which will be announced before the Prize Draw opens each week. For example, “Who was the top scorer in the very first season of the Premier League – Teddy Sheringham or Alan Shearer?” by texting the word FAN followed by A (for Sheringham) or B (for Shearer).
    4. Texts will cost 50p (fifty pence) and standard network charges apply.
    5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
    6. Lost, delayed, undelivered, incomplete or multiple entries will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
    7. Entries with obscenities, of a defamatory nature, include any personal details (eg address or bank details), or infringe any third party rights will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
    The Prize
    8. The Prize Draw winners will receive two (2) PL match tickets to the selected PL fixture. The selected PL fixture will be announced by Talk Sport before the weekly Prize Draw opens.
    9. The Prize Draw winner is responsible for their own expenses incurred in connection with the Prize, including travel and accommodation expenses.
    10. If you are a winner and under 18 years old, you must be accompanied to the selected PL fixture by someone who is at least 18 years old.
    11. No cash alternative will be offered. The tickets are for matches during the 2016/2017 PL season ending on 21 May 2017.
    12. Participation in the Prize Draw cannot be exchanged or transferred.
    13. Other than as set out in the terms and conditions of entry and below, you may not transfer the Prize to anybody. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.
    14. The Prize may be passed on to friends or relatives but you will still be held responsible to the fullest extent permitted by law for any actions involving the use of the tickets by the transferee. Tickets cannot be sold or taken as cash.
    15. Barclays reserves the right to offer an alternative or similar prize if a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Barclays' control.
    Selecting the Winners
    16. The winner(s) of the weekly Prize Draw will be drawn at random on every Wednesday between 16th August and 9th May 2017 from all eligible entries. There will be one winner for each weekly draw.
    17. The Promoter will try to notify the winner(s) by email and phone call by the Thursday of the week they entered, with the first winner being contacted by 17th August 2017 and the last winner being contacted by 10th May 2017. The Promoter can replace any entrant selected as the winner if:
17.1. the entrant cannot be reached by telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of us sending an email notifying the entrant that they have won; or
17.2. we reasonably believe that the entrant has broken one of these rules.
    18. The winner will receive the tickets aspect of the Prize by first class post within 3 days of the Prize Draw taking place.
    19. The Promoter’s selection of the winner is final. The name and county of the winner will be made available to anyone sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Barclays Sponsorship, Level 10, 1 Churchill Place, London, E14 5HP; within twenty eight (28) days of the published closing date. No other correspondence will be entered into.
    20. The Promoter reserves the right to publish names, photographs and county of the winner or to publicise the Prize-giving presentation after the date of the draw.
Additional Conditions of entry into PL stadiums
    21. Entry to the PL stadiums is subject to normal conditions of ticket entry. All tickets are ”home” tickets and you must be a home or neutral supporter to attend the match. Away fans are not permitted in the ”home” section of a PL stadium. Winners are subject to screening by PL football clubs ("Clubs") based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
    22. Each ticket is issued by the relevant Club subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the Club and will be provided to you with your Prize. The use of a ticket to enter a Club's stadium constitutes acceptance of that Club's terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Club.
    23. Except mobile phones used for personal and private use only, you may not bring into (or use within) any Club’s stadium any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it.
    24. The Clubs reserve the right to eject from a stadium any person who fails to comply with applicable terms or conditions of entry.
    25. If you are the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended), you will be refused entry to the competition and to all PL Club stadiums.
    26. If the ticket is obtained or used in breach of the terms or conditions of entry, it will be automatically void. The bearer will be refused entry and, if already in the stadium, will be ejected, in either case without refund.
    27. To the extent permitted by law, Barclays nor the Promotor will be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered in connection with the Promotion (including any damage to your or any other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading or accessing any materials), or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
    28. Barclays will not be held responsible for the winner and/or companion not taking advantage of the Prizes due to health or any other reason.
    29. Barclays will not be held responsible if the fixture does not go ahead at the time/date detailed on the ticket. Should the game be postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
    30. The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You agree to release Facebook from any liability associated with this Prize Draw.
    Personal Information
    31. The Promoter will only collect, store and use your personal information, such as name, age, telephone number and email address for the purposes of entering you into and administering the Prize Draw as set out in these rules, and not for any other purpose without your consent. This will not affect any existing marketing preferences that you have registered with Barclays.
    32. By entering the Prize Draw, you consent that your personal information may be transferred to our service providers and agents (including their sub-contractors) to store and use as necessary to administer the Prize Draw. We will never pass your information to any third party for them to use in their own direct marketing, without your consent.
    33. Your personal information will be held on record for a short period of time as necessary to administer the Prize Draw and then securely destroyed.
    34. Barclays reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this Promotion at any time without notice.
