Bankrupt Co Executor 10th Sep 17 at 3:57 PM
How do co executors go about opening a probate bank account if one is bankrupt? Can one open the account without the other?

I could well be wrong but I understood a bankrupt could not be an executor (or it may just be unwise). Also are you sure that you will need an executors account?

The bankrupt should resign their post and not apply for probate. Why do you need an executor's bank account?
