Who would it be and what would you do for the 5 minutes?

For myself it would be a bit selfish.

I would be someone that liked me for who I am and I would tell me that I did

I have my bank details memorised already.

I'd be Donald Trump and transfer one or two million pounds into my account, signing a letter to state that it was all above board and legal.
Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

Can I choose date, time & place as well as whom?

As if Trump comes over, I want to jump into HM The Queen, lift a loaded firearm from his security, terminate him with accurate prejudice and hop back.

No alibi needed, no special skills on my part (she can already shoot), and the resulting furore would resolve our status very swiftly, as we'd either be flooded with heads of state delighted & eager to agree things, or a lot of really ugly customers shipped over by stressed citizens, hoping the dear lady might be inclined to repeat the procedure.

Plus the whole conspiracy theory industry would finally have something to chew over.

Crown vs her husband - sadly legally possible.

Hence into Herself. Legally very difficult for the crown to prosecute itself.
