need help Experian don't seem to be resolving their mistake regarding disassociation 8th Sep 17 at 7:46 PM
Hi , I wonder if anyone can help, I'm totally stressed out with Experian !!back In 2015 I sent an disassociation form regarding my Ex husband they updated this and he was removed, I've remained a paying customer with them for about 4/5 years now . In July I checked my file and noticed that my ex had reappeared as a financial association again!! I queried this with Experian and they said it must have occurred when they updated their system. And explained I would need to fill out yet another form and send it to them again!! I did 3 weeks ago and have been calling them repeatedly only to be told " oh it's passed on to our manager they will be in touch within 2 days! I'm still waiting!!
I'm so frustrated I can't see why it's taking so long more than the initial 28 days they suggested..

    Any advice appreciated

    Thanks Joany

Can people stop loaning money/being a guarator to family/friends, it rarely ends well and you lose out as your money is gone or you get shafted with being a guarantor.
