    Hi I was wondering if me and my partner can still put together our help to buy ISA's if I wasn't to go on the mortgage unless I manage to fix my credit rating in time?

    I'm guessing it might be a no?

    you can but you won't get the bonus, just whatever you have paid into the isa.
