What happens with Pension Credit at age 65

What happens with Pension Credit at age 65 8th Sep 17 at 11:23 AM
A simple question I think, but one I can't find the answer to.

I am currently receiving pension credit for myself and my partner. I will reach state pension age early next year. What happens at that point? My partner is many years younger than me so I'm assuming that the pension will be made up by pension credit to the minimum couple's income. If this is correct will the relevant adjustments be made automatically or will I have to reapply for pension credit?

    Thanks.

    Thanks xyl.

That partly answers my question but do I have to reapply for PC when I get to state pension age or will it automatically be applied as we are already receiving it?

Have you obtained a new state pension statement?

Is it more, less or the same as you are receiving as GPC?

You are normally invited to claim your state pension.
