I bought the No7 Advanced Daily Hand cream today. It was reduced from £11 down to £5 as a daily offer. Great ☺
But it was even better when I got to the till and was told it's also 3for2.
    So I got 3 for just £10. Amazing 😄

I bought 2 x No7 nail varnishes (for my lady) and got the free gift. It came to £18.50 and I was quietly smug....

The goods arrived today in a ridiculously thin bubble wrap bag and both of the nail varnishes had been smashed...... there was glitter everywhere.

Will need to get in touch with Boots I suppose - are their customer services OK? - should I just email Customer Services or is there a better address?

Really hacked off as I keep finding glitter on me!

Also, if either of them were gel, it might be worth pushing for a refund & repurchasing on the 8th, as it looks like the gel colours are going to be reduced to £4 each.
So 2 varnishes will come to £8 plus the free gift.

If you paid for something at full price which is now drastically reduced, can you claim the difference back?
