    I tweeted them yesterday and got a reply today:-

    "The other most common problem is that every field marked with an * hasn't been filled in."

    I told them this was not the case and that it's an IT problem.

    We're not stupid are we? We know how to fill in comp forms. We're all pros at it

    Strangely I had an email from them yesterday afternoon apologising "for the current technical error on their website which they hope to get fixed shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience"
