BIN needs revising for overseas buyer

BIN needs revising for overseas buyer 7th Sep 17 at 7:48 AM
I have an item listed on BIN.
I do not sell to overseas buyers so have excluded overseas from all my listings.
An overseas buyer has approached me to sell to him and I am happy to do so.
I am having a mental block on how to go about doing this.
I tried to revise listing and put in postage for overseas but it is not showing up.
Would the easy way be to ask the buyer to buy but not pay (is that possible???) and I invoice him with the correct postage.
By the way I have payment required immediately.

Can someone please help how to go about this?
    Thank you.

You should be able to revise and add the postage but if you say you've tried and it's not there I can't help with why it's not letting you do it.

Could you have bids/it has less than 12 hours to run?

If you have immediate payment ticked he won't be able to request an invoice or buy without paying.

Try adding his username to your exemption list to see if that will allow him to buy (although it won't stop the requirement for IP).

You should be able to remove the IP.

You should be able to edit your postage exclusions and try then to add postage in on a second revision.

    Thank you theonlywayisup.
I managed to do it differently as nothing was working.
I changed my postage options on site preferences to allow overseas buyers and once he had paid, I went back and changed them.
Not sure if it was the right way or not but it worked!
