    There are hundreds of mortgage products available from dozens of lenders.

    A 'good' one presumably allows you to purchase what you want within budget.

    Whether it is the most suitable one available depends on your circumstances.

    If you have used a broker that will have been checked.

    If you have gone direct to Lender, you may have got lucky.

    This is through a broker. There are other lenders but based on my circumstance, Halifax suits me best. One of the circumstance is because I am one month before me completing my probation, however I have continuous employment since I was 18 years old!
