    Had a lovely birthday month, but no competition wins again. Six month streak now, the longest dry spell since i started comping on here 8 years ago. Really hope September is a little more fruitful.

    I did well, very pleased.

    August started out really slow, then it picked up for me.

    The month's haul includes

    £100 Real People win (my first postal win )

    A packet of chocolate buttons

    A Nu-Notebooks book

    5 Lipmate Lip Balms

    A bottle of Pet Head dog shampoo.

    So I did very well, especially with the shampoo, 'cos it's a tenner a bottle
