Quick post: Joined and then left for a better deal. They carried on billing me despite them even sending me emails saying the direct debit had been cancelled. FIVE months later, they still haven't done final bill, owe me £150 and every time I ring they say oh yes we'll do something do nothing. Multiple calls, no consistency (no record of previous contact?) and nothing ever followed up. Not sure who they have running it but certainly wouldn't let them anywhere near a drinking event at a brewery!
Have now got ombudsman involved and they haven't even replied to them!
    TLDR: !!!! poor don't touch!

Tonik Energy - £20 amazon voucher

    Hi all,

Just throwing it out there that I'm happy to refer anyone to Tonik as if you d sign up through a referral we both get a £20 amazon voucher.

I'd like to say that we recently switched to Tonik from EDF after using the MSE energy comparison and we're saving a nice chunk each month. The switching process was easy as Tonik took care of everything, we just had to give meter readings. The online chat is easy to use and the customer service was great. I really like the 'live balance' feature which updates roughly how much your bill is when you put in meter readings - so you can see your balance between bills.

    10/10 I'd recommend
*I'm not affiliated with Tonik in any way*

I'm also with Tonik and have been for a few months now without any issues. I've had others refer through me successfully and we've received Amazon vouchers.

Send me an instant message and I'll send you my referral link

Likewise, I've just taken the plunge as the current collective fix is running out. Fingers crossed! Would be great if you used my referral.

jamie9090, I used your link above so I hope it works for you, cheers. Apparently I'm not allowed to post links yet, so I'll try this. Just add https:// to the front.

    Hi RRH,

Tonik came out cheapest fix for me in the MSE Energy Club. I saw your link was the latest in this thread so have just used it to sign up. Also just signed up to the forum to say thanks for the referral.

A self serving measure, I know(!), but here is my referral link for anyone interested (add https:// to start):

I'm also available to make referrals to Tonik if anyone would like to earn some vouchers with me! I recently completed my switch, it was completely painless and I am impressed with Tonik so far. I also really like the "live balance" feature in the Tonik online account which means I can get a snapshot of my credit/debit balance at any time.

If anyone would like to use my referral please send me a PM and I will respond asap with the details. Thanks!

    Hi money savers!

Tonik also came out the cheapest for me on the comparison chart - and I got fixed for 1 year without any exit fees! - Awesome! bring on the savings as currently with Good Energy and my bills have been quite frankly brutal...

I too have a referral link - if anyone would like the link please PM me I would be most grateful.

    Thank you :-)

Joining the list of using people above, just signed up to tonik.

Anyone joining can use my link

    Main reasons for my choice:
cheap quote - On MSE CEC 3 suppliers were all within £1
All small ones tend to take DD up front, I know complaints have been made, but Tonik make this clear. They also make it clear if you join in winter the DD will be higher (even if it sort of slightly goes against the spread cost) but at least they pay 3% on credit balances, which is more than many banks!
Green tariff (yes they have greener tariffs that cost more, but still want to be money saving, so slightly green lol)

Another "me too". I switched for the obvious reasons: green and cheap. So far so good
This is my referral link, we both receive £20 amazon vouchers when you sign up.
Or, on the signup page click referred by a friend and enter "Marc Herni"

(just remove the space in the link above)
