    PS+ Price Increase

    PS+ Price Increase 31st Jul 17 at 11:06 AM
For those not aware, the price of PS+ subscriptions will be going up from £39.99 per year to £49.99.

Quite a big price increase of 25%.

To save money you can purchase a years sub now, even if your current sub hasn't expired, and the extra 12 months will be added on to your existing sub.

No real reason given for the increase in price but there are some rumours that PS Now will be added to the standard PS+ package which could somewhat justify such a huge increase.

Just to add to this, the price change comes in from 31st August 2017. You can stack up to 3 years far as I know, but that's activated ones. No reason why you couldn't buy a couple now, and activate them next year some time.
