    ...Just double checked, as a neighbour HAD said it was tree of heaven, but the tree didn't seem to match any descriptions I read (no suckers, no rancid smell, no problems growing other plants around nearby etc). However, I have checked the leaves and it does seem to be one of these. Oh well...!

    There are male and female versions. At least the males won't drop seeds everywhere. They just smell when they flower!
