Gmail help 17th Jul 17 at 4:41 PM
I have linked 2 e mail accounts, one is a gmail and the other a company e mail address.

When I open gmail on my phone, I see a dropdown box offering me the option of which account I want. However, I can't see this when on the PC, which I thought would have been more user friendly! Am I missing something?

    TIA

I've done that but get a message saying Authentication failed. Why do I get it on my phone but not PC?

    'Authentication failed' means wrong password.

Enter your correct password for your gmail account

Did you change your password recently and the browser is entering the old one?

Not that I'm aware of. What I don't understand is why I can see both on my phone but only my gmail on the PC!

OK. Got it now. So on a PC I have to physically log out of one and log into another, whereas on the phone I can simply switch between oth. How bizarre!

    Thanks all.

Sign in to your gmail own and make it a bookmark

'Add account' on your profile top right

    Sign in to other account

    Add it as another bookmark

As long as you don't sign out you will remain signed into them both
