Smeg Engineer Failed To Keep Appointment 17th Jul 17 at 2:40 PM
Regarding my faulty Smeg cooker, an engineer called me this morning between 9am/9.30am to say he'd been round just after 1pm.

So far, he's failed to turn up.

My other half took a day off work.

He's lost 3 and a half hours overtime.

What are our rights if the doesneer doesn't turn up at all?

    Thanks.

Nope the bottom of the forum for me shows as

All times are GMT +1. The time is now 4:54pm

    It is your settings

If you go into your user control panel, under time and date mine is set to automatically detect DST changes, maybe yours is set to manual and needs changing.

Angry, perhaps you should update your forum user profile so that you are no longer behind the rest of us...
