Should I be worried 16th Jul 17 at 4:47 PM
I signed a tenancy on Saturday to a really lovely maisonette exactly where I want to live at the right price (average for the area).

After signing the tenancy agreement I was handed over the keys including an electric key and have discussed a gas card in the property i know where the electric meter is but not the gas meter there isn't any info in the pack i will call the LL tomorrow to ask where the meter is and if I can change the meters over to normal ones I do not want to be paying excess charges for utilities.

However what I'm really worried about is if the flat is actually registered. It was originally a four storey house split into three properties mine being the top two floors whenever I type the details into any system from Next to Virgin and when I spoke to British Gas yesterday my flat doesn't come up. 14A and 14B-C comes up but not 14C should I be worried?

Does the property have its own council tax band?

    https://www.gov.uk/council-tax-bands
Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen pounds nineteen and six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds nought and six, result misery.

Ahh yes problem solved. Although it was marketed as 14C and the contract says 14C the council lists it as Upper Massionate 14.
