    I waited 45 minutes for Three to connect me to an operator yesterday evening. It never happened. Do people ever get through to Three? Is it an illusion that their customer services exists at all?

    I got my own answer in the end though an hour's Googling.
    Solar installed 21 November 2014 > Centre of England > 3,780 Wp > 14 *270 Watt Trina panels > 14 * Enphase micro-inverters > managed by Enlighten Envoy Hub > 19° west of south > 35° pitch > tree shading to east > iBoost > Wattson Anywhere monitoring > Ovo Smart Gateway > Schneider Electric (Drayton) MiGenie smart thermostat.

    At least you didn't call one of the very many fake "call connection service" premium rate scam numbers that purport to "connect" you to Three. That would have wasted a lot of money on top of just wasting your time.

    Really depends when you call.

    They will be busy first thing in the morning, around 1pm to 2pm and after 4 pm into the early evening.

    All times people are not working.

    Sometimes just redialing can get you connected quicker. After 20 mins I would have redialed later.

    why not contact three via online chat instead, there systems even allow you to know how many people are in front of you waiting??
