There was speculation and downright name-calling that she was engineering a diagnosis of some illness simply to get more benefits.

She certainly was strange - never wanting to, and scarcely ever, leaving her house.

Very sad as it's no age at all.

It's a pity some people can't empathise rather than ridicule (not having a go at anyone here btw). We have no idea really what people are going through. It's not that hard to give the benefit of the doubt or just ignore if you find something hard to believe. Harsh words are easy to say when you're not face to face with someone. Tinks took some stick, bless her.

I think it is sad people deride and mock people when they have no firm
evidence they are correct, I know it has happened to me on forums before and no doubt will in the future. There seem to a lynch mob mentality on some forums.

She seemed like a really nice person to me anyway and that is how I will remember her.

    RIP Tinks.

Seriously i bet this is just a hoax, probably just attention seeking and an attempt to claim some more benefits like that disability scam was.

Very entertaining poster..Her singularly mundane threads about hamsters and weight lifting proved to be the most popular ever! Takes a special kind of poster to make a thread about 'how often you wash your bedding' run to about 150 pages..

    RIP Tinks..

I'd much rather someone conned me than demonise an innocent person.

That is not right, it is shameful behavior.

I'm ashamed of one post I wrote about her. She made me angry when she copied word for word a post I'd made about my health problems as her own. If she'd quoted and said 'me too' then fine, but that's not what she did. I shouldn't have let that get to me as much as I did and shouldn't have reacted so badly. She was a deeply troubled person and I should have had more empathy.

I'm sorry she's died, and so young.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
