So after the old thread disappearing, this seems to be the new thread for discussion relating to prolific academy.

Standard rules please. No abusive posts, no flaming. Lets just make some money, and have some fun.

The only 'downside' is that I recognise some of the deception stuff so I may not be an ideal candidate.

I'm not impressed with this losing our thread business! Look at my post count! Lost over 300 posts I have, think of all that wisdom that's disappeared into the ether! Disgraceful!

Yeah, I noticed that, GreyAndGold, still got my 1K but it is a bit pathetic. What did we say that was spam? I still think it's them.

Most of the ones you can see when not logged in have been hanging around for days. Stuff that lots of people are eligible for never even makes it to that page. Politics and the Media for Conservative Leaning Women- obviously we are a bunch of lefties or they've got very specific pre screening criteria on it.

I kind of assumed most people on here were doing similar amounts to me as we often seem to get the same studies- in fact I don't get all the ones that appear on here. Some of the more specific ones I get I think are because I am employed so i get to rate my manager or whatever; young children so I get parenting; am over 50 so I've had the odd retirement one; and identified as overweight on the pre screening so I've a had a few to do with that including a month long one at the moment where I just have to read the rather anodyne health advice sent to me by a chatbot on Messenger each day. Get a tenner for that - eventually.
I am obsessed with Prolific though- it ruins my day if I don't get any surveys and not because of the money and I like nothing better than a nice interesting one with stuff I haven't done before. There is probably a study to be done about us out there somewhere!!

Mine is in my sig what I make. I have £42 pending so this month will definitely be better than last. I love that each study is different and they are interesting. I'd much rather spend 20 mins on a PA study than 20 mins on a survey elsewhere.

Nope not eligible for that it seems. For zero minutes even 10p is a good rate though.

Just had a couple surveys after a lull most of the weekend. Political Marketing and Work Study.

On a side note, is it worth having a link to the referral thread in post #1, as per the previous thread? I wouldn't have known about the referrals otherwise when I signed up a couple weeks ago..

Was eligible for one about climate change but it came up as 0/150 and I'd only refreshed the screen about 2 minutes before.
