    Ppi mis-selling payment 14th Jul 17 at 7:28 AM
Hi,wondering if anybody has any experiences similar to mine they can help with? I used the Resolver app recommended by M.S.E... it was for a case about my bank where I've been a customer since 1996 and had at least 4/5 loans, overdraft for about 10 years and a credit card-all before 2010. Even though they were asked to reply at the resolver account email address, they sent me a letter saying they would look into it.that was about a month ago.today I notice that they've credited my bank account with £247... I've had no other correspondence from them, either on Reaolver or by post.i just wondered if I should check with themhow they've come to this amount and what it pertains to? Because they've not explained it or beengood at communicating with me?thanks

They're the only ones who will be able to explain it to you.
