I want to make a YouTube for giveaways. 13th Jul 17 at 2:56 PM
I was hoping you guys could give me some advice on the legality of this. As far as I know you can run a competition in the UK so long as it's free to enter (say by a YouTube comment), requires skill (perhaps a little writing or caption competition) and independently judged (judged by likes from other commenters). Are there any other rules I have to follow? I'm not very good with law jargon, this channel will not be for any particular cause or charity. Is this idea legal?
