I think mine has to be Only Fools and Horses, although I really liked Faulty Towers.
    What were yours?

Have to say that my sitcom experience mostly comes from YouTube and boxed sets.

I don't think On The Buses or ome Mothers Do Have Em really passed the test of time IMO.

Fawlty Towers is ace and The Good Life too. Currently watching Yes Minister and finding myself only liking Nigel Hawthorne, as a genius swimming in a sea if mediocrity.

Porridge is ace and must have been ground-breaking at the time ?

Are You Being Served ? is dire. Only marginally less dire is Hyacinth Bucket.

    My top three would be

    1. Porridge
    2. Rising Damp - Leonard Rossiter
    3. The Good Life

That Border Force thing is bad as was Drop The Dead Donkey.

Most of the ones I like have already been mentioned. Don't think anyone's mentioned Coupling.

Not The Nine O'Clock News. The "Gerald the gorilla" sketch was a classic.

Although Sam already mentioned two favourite episodes of Only Fools and horses.
I have to add the one where Del was showing off about being able to hang glide. The arrangement with Rodney was to save him with so called car phone. Only to be told by Rodney that they didn't have a car phone.

Back in the day, all of the old favourites above (did anyone say Hi-De-Hi or Soap?)

More recently - Peep Show, the reboot of Red Dwarf (Series 11 was a real return to form), Raised by Wolves, Car Share, Big Bang Theory, Parks & Rec, The Goldbergs...

Because I can still remember watching for first time and creased up laughing almost wetting myself at certain episodes

For anybody who hasn't seen Still Game......you can find 6/7 series on YouTube well worth a watch if you liked any of the above
