Lloyds bank

I submitted a claim via the template on this website to Lloyds bank 25 days ago, but as yet I haven't received a reply.

I have received a call from a claims company and I am wondering if I should pass it to them to see if they can get anything.

Do you know how long it usually takes from Lloyds bank?

    Only pass to a claims company if you're happy to pay them a fee for wasting their time, as you've already submitted your complaint. This would be in the region of £200-600, depending of who you use.

    Lloyds have a couple of months to respond.

    I got sent some questionnaires to fill out within a week of submitting my complaints so I'd definitely chase it up.

    Many thanks for your help,I have just called Lloyds and they don't have any details of my complaint :(

    I have now registered my complaint directly with them and they are going to call me back on Monday :)
