    Just need a quick answer please...I think I know what the answer is.

    My Partner has a substantial Occupational Pension.This would not hinder her chances of claiming Carers would it(tho she may be taxed on it)...

    You are correct.
    However it is not possible to have a state pension and to be paid CA at the same time.
