Waiting for decision on offer 11th Jul 17 at 1:13 PM
Made an offer on a property on Saturday morning and still waiting to hear back. Spoke with the estate agent yesterday afternoon who said they were struggling to get in contact with the vendor. Can't stand the waiting!

So maybe think through your strategy in advance!

That happened to us with our recent offer. On day 6 we rang up to politely enquire on the status of our offer. No idea what had been going on, but within a few hours we had it accepted.

Time feels like it's running backwards, hey?!

Update - we have exchanged contracts on the house we are selling today so I gave the EA a ring to let them know. Apparently we should have a decision by 5pm today and we are in an 'exceptional' position having sold ours already.
