    Statute barred ?? 9th Jul 17 at 6:11 PM
    Can someone please help!
I have just received a letter from 'Moriarty Law' saying that they are acting on behalf of 'Talk Talk' to recover a debt. We terminated a contract with Talk Talk just over seven and a half years ago and it was all paid. This is the first communication we have had from anyone in seven and a half years. Apart from the fact that there should not be any debt, isn't this Statute barred?

After 6 years with no acknowledgement of the debt from you then yes, it is statute barred.
Send them a statute barred letter.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
