    A long time ago i asked for a recommendation for a CBT online course and i found it really helpful but i have lost the link now.....i need recommendations for panic attacks due to the issue with a family member....

    Hi, .. Just a quick thought, have you tried Right Steps at turning point, you can self refer, and they do over the phone/ online and face to face CBT courses,
    They have helped me loads,
