    Hello I bought a vehicle in 2014 from car dealer who sorted out loan . I ended up paying about 3000 more than car it was down as administration. There is no mention of pip on HP agreement it wasn't mentioned to me.
    Did I pay ppi and can I reclaim.
    I got loan with southern Finance now Raphael Ltd

    If there's no mention of PPI on your agreement, you didn't pay it.

    If you took out the car finance as recently as 2014 there is no chance whatsoever the car dealer sold you PPI on the loan.
