Company Share Scheme 8th Jul 17 at 10:33 AM
    Hi.
I am enrolled in a company share save scheme.
In a nut shell option price £1.88 per share, £500.00 per month for 3 years.
There are murmurings that a takeover may be in the offing which would push the share price to £2.50-£3.00.
I still have x2 years to go on the share scheme, anyone know what happens if takeover does occur before maturity date???

I would imagine that you would receive a communication along these lines from the registrar setting out the arrangements in your company's particular case.
