Vanquish PPI 6th Jul 17 at 8:16 PM
Thanks to this great site I've just got £793.13 back from Vanquis for PPI. Without this place this would never had happened.

The breakdown is below, please could someone look over the figures and advise if the interest seems correct.
    PPI £441.71
    Associated interest £271.68
    Charges £24
    National Interest 8% £69.67
    Withheld tax £13.93

    Many thanks.

Do you know how much PPI you paid and for how long and does that tally with what you have?.

If you are a non taxpayer or, earn below your tax allowance, the tax paid can be claimed back from HMRC.

As an aside, my bezzie also says VANQUISH. (and has their card) I am now started to think I am wrong about the name.

    Total spellng error there sorry.

I don't have any of the paperwork so can only go by the amount they say I paid. Just wasn't sure how to check the interest amount is correct.

However, you can instead ask Vanquis for a more comprehensive breakdown.

Any particular reason why you feel the interest might be wrong?

I was just wanting to double check everything was correct.

Also the letter was dated 30th June and advised I would receive a cheque within 7-10 days but still nothing, very frustrating.
