Bank account charges 3rd Jul 17 at 7:05 PM
I used the Resolver and your advice on mis-selling on the MSE website to submit a claim to Lloyds Bank for mis-selling my Premier account in 2002. I had one phone call call from Lloyds 2 days later to query a couple of facts. Today, just 5 days after filling in my complaint, I had a phone call from them telling me that my claim was successful and they would be refunding me £4,100 including the interest. This was for a Gold, Platinum and then Premier Account, going back to 1995, when their records began.
    Thank you MSE.

Hi, I had exactly the same bank account names as you going back to Gold Value account that I had in 2001 but when I claimed it said in my letter that I cannot claim for charges made more that 6 years ago!

Jane, you have now made 5 posts on multiple threads about the same thing. You dont need to do that as the people here are now seeing your same thing 5 times. One thread at a time is fine.
