What are you making for dinner tonight? 20th Jun 17 at 12:15 AM
    Am I imagining it?
My post count has gone down significantly and this thread seems to have disappeared, is this a coincidence?

    What's happened?

Last night we had tuna steaks from the freezer, boiled eggs, salad and jacket potatoes. A half baked baguette was also used from the freezer.

Fridge empty now as going on holiday today. Nothing wasted. Even washed and froze 1/4 punnet of grapes that were left. Have 5 pears off my mums tree that are still rock hard so shall leave those out and hope they have ripened on my return in a weeks time

Been busy all day, made a few freezer ready meals, such as chilli con carne, Bolognese, meatballs. Spanish chicken and quorn cottage pie.
I made a big pan of soup from some tomatoes from my mother's greenhouse, she always seems to leave them on the plant too long as they are always squashy, but they have a great taste and make great soup.
We had a stir fry for tea, prawns, cashew and broccoli. Brown rice and spring rolls.
